WE VALUE YOUR BUSINESS AND ASK THAT YOU KINDLY ACKNOWLEDGE OUR CANCELLATION POLICY.
48 hours notice is required for cancellation.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances do arise. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of scheduled appointment is subject to a $50 cancellation fee and forfeiture of deposit.

REFUND POLICY
We do not offer refunds on services purchased. Aesthetic results are quite variable from person to person and we do our best to educate you on procedures and help you achieve your skincare goals.
We do not offer refunds on products purchased. Products may be returned to the office within 14 days from date of purchase, and when a documented adverse reaction is noted. Defective products (broken pump) may be exchanged. In accordance with FDA regulations, we do not offer refunds on supplements or prescriptions.
